<div id="_mcePaste" style="position: absolute; left: -10000px; top: 0px; width: 1px; height: 1px; overflow-x: hidden; overflow-y: hidden;">Chevy pickups have been manufactured for many years and in their history Chevrolet has made a number of different models. One of these was the Chevy s10 pickup which was a compact truck that first went into production in 1982. It was part of the Chevrolet s-series of vehicles and the first generation of the vehicle was constructed during the period 1982-1994. This turned out to be a popular pickup and a second generation of the vehicle was in production from 1994 to around 2004. As well as the standard models the second generation also included a number of limited models such as the s10 crew cab and the s10 extended cab ZR2. Although it continued to be constructed in the US the second generation s-series vehicles were also produced in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Despite the US version of the vehicle being discontinued in 2004 the Brazilian version is still produced to the present day.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste" style="position: absolute; left: -10000px; top: 0px; width: 1px; height: 1px; overflow-x: hidden; overflow-y: hidden;">Although the s10 was discontinued in the US, Chevy trucks are still being constructed and the present day models include vehicles such as the Colorado. The Chevy Colorado is a mid size pickup which was introduced in 2004 to replace the Chevy s10 pickup truck. This model was designed by General Motors operations in America and Brazil in conjunction with Isuzu and the car is currently manufactured at production plants in Thailand and the USA. It can be purchased with 5-speed manual or 4-speed automatic transmission and rear-wheel drive or four-wheel drive versions are available. The Colorado can also have a regular length or extended length cab and the choices available mean the pickup can be easily be fitted around your requirements.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste" style="position: absolute; left: -10000px; top: 0px; width: 1px; height: 1px; overflow-x: hidden; overflow-y: hidden;">Other models of trucks currently in production include the Chevrolet Silverado which is the latest in Chevys line of full size pickups and has been in production since 1999, the Chevrolet Avalanche which is four door sport utility truck launched in 2001 and still in production to this day and also the Chevrolet Kodiak which is a medium-duty truck that has been in production for around 30 years.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste" style="position: absolute; left: -10000px; top: 0px; width: 1px; height: 1px; overflow-x: hidden; overflow-y: hidden;">Chevrolet is an iconic brand that is well known in America and around many parts of the rest of the world. They are reasonably affordable vehicles with a 2010 Chevy Colorado starting at just under $18,000, with a 2010 Silverado 1500 being around $22,000. Chevrolet has almost 100 years of experience in manufacturing automobiles and the vehicles they produce are reliable and dependable. If you are in the market for a truck then a Chevy pickup truck is a vehicle you should definitely look at.</div>

It&#8217;s no coincidence that the near modern mythological status of the American pickup played a major part in Brown&#8217;s election victory, even though locally-produced examples of these vehicles didn&#8217;t occur until relatively recently in the 80s. By now, the humble but powerful Chevy pickup has seen more than half a dozen generations and has been perfected into an excellent finished product suitable for hauling troublesome loads through bad weather with minimal difficulty. Recent issues in the automobile industry and in the economy in general have only intensified Chevy&#8217;s marketing, however; more eager to sell than ever, car dealerships are now offering bargains that would have been unthinkable just a couple years ago. If you&#8217;re interested in a Chevy pickup truck, now isn&#8217;t a bad time to buy.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste" style="position: absolute; left: -10000px; top: 0px; width: 1px; height: 1px; overflow-x: hidden; overflow-y: hidden;">However, if you don&#8217;t have the spare money to afford a new vehicle (and that&#8217;s more than likely at this point), you&#8217;re probably stuck with a slightly outdated model. Hopefully you&#8217;ve got something sturdy, like the Chevy S10 pickup, which has undergone refinements for many years and was only finally phased out in 2004. In case you&#8217;re still using a Chevy pickup truck like that, your best bet to get the most for your money is to simply fix your vehicle up as it needs it. Being made as a working class vehicle from a reliable design, the S10 will last a long while if you&#8217;re willing to acquire the parts for it as necessary. Buying individual specific Chevy pickup parts isn&#8217;t particularly expensive since the model has been in use for so long, making part availability not a matter of concern. If you&#8217;re a do it yourself kind of person, you can cut costs even further by installing the part yourself, although it&#8217;s recommended to have a professional do the job if you&#8217;re not fully comfortable with it.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste" style="position: absolute; left: -10000px; top: 0px; width: 1px; height: 1px; overflow-x: hidden; overflow-y: hidden;">If you are in the market for a new model, however, there are some nice Chevy trucks to choose from. The 2010 Colorado is the cheapest and most basically functional of the lot, at a mere sixteen thousand MSRP. Fuel efficiency is noted as being exceptional, a sign of the times with environmentalism and saving on gas more of a concern. More interestingly unique is the ability to switch from 2WD to 4&#215;4 with the literal tap of a button, making it a very easy to use and control vehicle. Safety features have also made significant strides, with automatic GPS-based locating devices that alert relevant service centers whenever you have an accident, even if the driver is incapable of sending the alert manually. While other features are more standard, what innovations this truck does offer are welcome and useful for a wide variety of drivers, making it a recommended truck for the future.</div>

There’s no better way to haul large item than with a good all-purpose truck. The Chevy pickup is designed to be rugged so it can stand up to whatever you toss into the back. You can put anything from the family Christmas tree to a whole load of furniture into the back of truck.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste" style="position: absolute; left: -10000px; top: 0px; width: 1px; height: 1px; overflow-x: hidden; overflow-y: hidden;">If you’re in the market for a new truck you can look at an authorized Chevy dealer to see what types of Chevy pickup trucks for sale they have available. If they don’t have the particular style you want you can special order it from the dealership. You can also order custom accessories and detailing when you purchase through a dealership. <div id="_mcePaste" style="position: absolute; left: -10000px; top: 0px; width: 1px; height: 1px; overflow-x: hidden; overflow-y: hidden;">The styles and sizes of the truck beds vary so you want to make sure you get something that will be large enough to suit what you need it for. There are also caps available for the Chevy pickups. These are generally made to be removable so if you need to have more space you can take the truck cap off. <div id="_mcePaste" style="position: absolute; left: -10000px; top: 0px; width: 1px; height: 1px; overflow-x: hidden; overflow-y: hidden;">If you can’t afford to purchase a brand new truck you can also find many Chevy trucks for sale that are used. If you need financing, you can consider purchasing a used truck through a dealership. Often the cars and trucks found on the dealership lot have been serviced and maintained better than those purchased through private sellers. In addition a dealership also carries used cars and trucks that were leased and were serviced routinely under the conditions of the lease.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste" style="position: absolute; left: -10000px; top: 0px; width: 1px; height: 1px; overflow-x: hidden; overflow-y: hidden;">You can also look in the classifieds of your local newspaper to find a Chevy truck for sale. You will want to familiarize yourself with some of the basic features before you buy from a private seller so you know what to expect for that particular model. Sometimes private sellers will change the tires or batteries to be a lesser quality item in order to save money, yet make the truck look good.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste" style="position: absolute; left: -10000px; top: 0px; width: 1px; height: 1px; overflow-x: hidden; overflow-y: hidden;">Always test drive the vehicle before deciding to buy. This is the same whether you are buying from a dealership or from a private seller. It is also highly recommended to take the car or truck to a nearby garage to have it checked. Spending an extra ten dollars to have the car inspected for any major problems can save you a much bigger expense in the long run should you buy the car and have something need to be repaired.</div>
